Join our dynamic Miami-based tech startup, generously supported by venture capital, as we search for an experienced Regional Account Manager (RAM). At GoTu, we're revolutionizing the dental industry with our innovative, deep work platform. Imagine a seamless connection between licensed dental professionals and dental offices, bridging the gap for temporary and full-time staffing needs through our cutting-edge on-demand web and mobile platform.


Responsibilities include:

  • Phone Sales: Initiate outbound sales calls to potential clients within your designated region. Develop and execute cold calling campaigns to generate new leads and opportunities.
  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients within your assigned region. Understand their needs and proactively address them to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies, including identifying key decision-makers, understanding client pain points, and proposing tailored solutions.
  • GoTu Platform: Thoroughly understand our products and services, and effectively communicate their value propositions to potential and existing clients.
  • Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives for both acquiring new clients through cold calling and growing existing client accounts.
  • Client Support: Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new clients.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and activities in our CRM system (Salesforce).

With multiple rounds of venture back funding, our platform and app are disrupting the dental staffing industry. Since launching in late 2019, we’ve built the largest community of nationwide hygienists and dental offices, dwarfing our established competition in the dental tech staffing space. It’s truly a matter of time until GoTu is the industry standard for dental staffing needs in the Dental Community!

We’re in the process of rapidly expanding the capabilities and functions of our app to capture even more market share, and we need high-quality, talented and driven individuals to come aboard and help make GoTu a Unicorn (Unicorn=Start-ups valued at $1 billion within five years of launch).

Key Competencies:

  • 3+ years of successful phone sales experience, with a strong preference for B2B and SaaS sales experience.
  • Proven track record in cold calling and account management.
  • Results-focused and driven to achieve sales targets.
  • Quick learner, self-directed, and eager to grow professionally.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Be a College Grad or able to tell us why it doesn't matter
  • Previous experience in high-growth startup environments is considered a valuable asset.
