Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Success Manager. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our clients by building strong relationships and providing exceptional service. This is a dynamic role that requires excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.

Duties:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients
- Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and escalations
- Understand client goals and objectives to provide strategic guidance and support
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions and services
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
- Provide training and support to clients on the use of our software platform
- Monitor client usage and proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling
- Track and report on key metrics related to client success and retention

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Communications)
- Proven experience in customer relationship management or account management
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM platforms
- Familiarity with financial services industry is preferred
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Experience working with SaaS products is a plus
- Strong sales acumen with the ability to identify opportunities for growth
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $47,513.86 - $57,220.99 per year
