The Solar Sales Engineer will be focused on selling the Tesla Solar Roof and Tesla Powerwall alongside the best panels available on the market today.
Our approach is simple. We provide great solutions, at a fair price. We strive to help homeowners and business owners reduce their carbon footprint through intelligent energy solutions.

- Prior experience selling solar or a similar product (min 1 year required)
- A successful track record of Direct to Consumer sales
- A degree in Business, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering
- A background in residential construction
- Excellent customer service skills
- CRM experience (HubSpot preferred)
- Desire to stay on the leading edge of renewable technologies
- High level of integrity
- Emotional intelligence
- Confidence
- Ability to speak candidly with customers and co-workers
- Organized with the ability to conduct follow-up day in and day out
- Goal oriented
- DRIVE.
This position has uncapped potential, with an expected first year total compensation of:
$80,000 to $130,000 depending on individual performance with base plus commission.
