What You’ll Do:

  • Be the face of our studio! Engage with prospects, turning walk-ins and leads into enthusiastic members.
  • Drive membership growth and hit sales targets, earning great commissions and bonuses along the way.
  • Spearhead grassroots marketing efforts—get creative, connect with the community, and make our studio a household name!
  • Build strong relationships with members, ensuring they stay motivated and excited to be part of our fitness family.
  • Take charge of sales pipelines, from lead generation to closing, making every interaction count.
  • Collaborate with leadership to craft and execute innovative sales strategies, positioning yourself for rapid career growth.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • A natural people person who can energize a room and loves the fitness industry.
  • Proven track record of crushing sales goals and driving revenue.
  • A self-starter who’s hungry for success and thrives on commission.
  • Flexible and committed, willing to work 40 hours a week, including Saturdays—because success doesn’t stick to a 9-to-5!
  • Strong experience in grassroots marketing and community outreach—you're the type who can turn a conversation into a sale.
  • Ready to pass a background check and bring a positive, professional attitude to the team.
