Job Description

The Senior National Accounts Specialist works independently to maximize MSO account retention, profitability and partnership development to improve sales growth by identifying areas for expansion and improvement. Must be proficient using methods such as analyzing important metrics; coordinate with sales, accounting and marketing teams to develop and implement solutions; and coordinate with local, regional, national, and global sales teams to ensure sales goals are met and in compliance with best practices and regulations. Travel location will include Grand Rapids & SE Michigan.

Responsibilities

  • Account Management – Auditing compliancy with National Account customers ensuring value, products and services offering follows compliance with agreed objectives utilizing Goal Data and Drivers, including the use of Analytic Dashboard and Purchase Order Detail to promote profitability customer shop performance compared to its Market.
  • Insure standard Operating Procedures- including order frequency, order push and Approved Product List (APL) are within agreed upon values.
  • Identify and document findings using digital auditing and reporting tools, including CCC, Two Way Invoicing, Advanced Volume Estimator, DigiMatch and VisualizID, PMXI-CS and PMXI Advanced Settings Collision Services Mobile App, Improve 4 Digital Mobile App, Smart Sheet Mobile App.
  • Review reports to communicate all actionable items.
  • Report findings from the Collison Shops to their respective sales team on a mutually agreed upon basis depending on the identified report. Build relationships with Techs, General Managers, Market Managers, and Regional Directors and address each one’s specific needs.

Qualifications

  • Customer Service Experience
  • Experience maintaining an organized and up-to-date pipeline of opportunities
  • Minimum 1 + years’ experience in automotive or similar market
