What You'll Be Doing as an IT Account Manager:
- Managing an assigned list of current IT clients for all account needs.
- Drive consistent sales each month by upgrading current client IT hardware/services as needed by utilizing our internal databases.
- Build and professionally present 1-5 year budget plans for your clients to help them manage their IT decisions.
- Ensure outstanding customer service through collaboration with our technical team to perform well-researched regular client reviews and account management.
What We're Looking for in an IT Account Manager:
- 1+ years of inside, B2C, or B2B sales experience.
- Strong customer service, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to act on your feet while being organized and continuing to learn new technology.
- Motivated to meet and exceed goals while performing extensive independent research.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
