GreenSavers is a contractor focused on home energy efficiency in Portland and Central Oregon. For multiple years in a row, the US EPA and DOE selected GreenSavers from 1,4500 contractors across the country as ENERGY STAR® Contractor of the Year. Our mission is to improve lives, inspire our team, and serve our communities by building in a better, more holistic way. In January 2018, we became the first dedicated home performance contractor in the country to join the B Corp community. B Corps are companies certified by the nonprofit B Lab to meet rigorous standards of social and environmental performance, accountability, and transparency.
Position Summary: The GreenSavers Sales Manager leads and supports Home Performance Consultants across multiple offices, focusing on achieving sales targets and enhancing key performance metrics. Responsibilities include monitoring individual consultant performance, delivering sales and technical training, and managing promotions and incentive programs. The Sales Manager also ensures that sales payroll remains within budget while fostering a motivated and goal-oriented team environment.
Work Hours: 40+ hours weekly, Monday through Friday with occasional overtime
Compensation: Base + Bonuses. Targeted total annual compensation - $90,000 - $120,000 depending on experience.

Required Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license & insurable driving record
- 3+ years of experience in sales or customer service
- 2+ years of management experience
- Prior outside sales experience is desired; a successful record of prior in-home sales experience is preferred
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor's degree or further education is preferred
- Strong aptitude for motivational leadership
- Familiarity with common operating systems, web browsers, and Excel-style spreadsheets is essential for success
- Experience in construction, home maintenance, or energy optimization is a plus
- Ability to work in both Portland and Bend offices (roughly 70/30 split time)
