MUST HAVE HVAC KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE
The ideal candidate would have experience as an HVAC Technician/Installer, enjoy working with customers, and have basic order entry/product research computer skills.

Hours are Monday - Friday 8 Hours/Day between 7am - 4pm plus One Saturday Morning a Month.

Responsibilities for the HVAC Counter Sales role:
- Greeting and assisting customers in a prompt professional manner
- Answering customer calls professionally, politely and promptly on a multi extension phone
- Assist with pulling orders and entry into the database for processing.
- Provide recommendations or solutions to customers regarding HVAC products.
- Accurately process orders and manage customer accounts.
- Stock inventory as needed in the showroom.
- Price out basic quotes & product availability from vendors
- Process warranty claims
- General cleaning & showroom upkeep
Qualifications for the HVAC Counter Sales role:
- HVAC knowledge is REQUIRED
- Customer Service experience required.
- Sales experience is preferred.
- Distributor knowledge preferred.
- Computer literate and able to learn an inventory system.
- High school diploma or GED completion is required.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- The physical abilities required for this position include walking; grasping; kneeling; crawling; reaching; carrying; stooping; crouching; standing; sitting; climbing; lifting (up to 50 lbs.).
