We need our Enrollment Representative team members to have a strong passion and desire for the telecommunications industry. Our Enrollment Representative's identify and close sales opportunities within our target market across the local area. This role oversees the entire sales cycle and follows up on production and delivery. We are searching for skilled professionals that can bring creativity, tenacity, and insight to our expanding firm.

Responsibilities of the Enrollment Representative Role:

  • Initiating and following up on client-given leads in specific territories to positively impact brand awareness and sales revenue
  • Working cross-functionally with all departments to make sure all sales efforts are coordinated and complementary to our client's standards
  • Speaking publicly with potential customers with confidence and poise
  • Representing the company in a professional manner and abiding by all safety and employee guidelines
  • Creating new accounts confidently with a simple sales process and inputting client information to our system accurately
  • Following up with qualified leads from our clients, closings sales, overturning objections, and closing contacts

Enrollment Representative Requirements:

  • High school Diploma or GED is required
  • Bachelors Degree in Business, Communications, Economics, or a related field is preferred
  • Background in Retail, Customer Service, Sales, Promotions, Client Management, Account Management, or Consulting is preferred
  • Ability to define issues, analyze problems, evaluate alternatives, and develop sound conclusions
  • Unwavering positivity and a drive to succeed in a fast-paced atomic environment
  • The ability to prioritize and manage several different tasks at once
  • An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $750.00 - $1,200.00 per week

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed
