Job Summary:
The Data and Pricing Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring accurate pricing, data integrity, and efficient project support for our organization. This position involves handling essential data management tasks, identifying pricing discrepancies, maintaining item records, and supporting multiple business units across state lines. They also play a critical role in liaising with vendors and customers to support pricing changes, promotions, and program-specific requirements.
Daily Duties, Functions, and Responsibilities:
● Prepare monthly reports and manage ad hoc projects as assigned.
● Investigate pricing discrepancies within purchase orders to support finance accuracy.
● Maintain accurate, up-to-date costing and pricing information across multiple entities and states.
● Update items in Eostar and other systems, including entry of new item pricing and
promotions.
● Conduct internal data clean-up and reconciliation
● Manage vendor and customer program software to implement pricing changes,
temporary price reductions (TPRs), and post-offs.
● Regularly audit pricing files and customer records to ensure accuracy.
● Maintain monthly price sheets for all business units.
● Check system pricing for compliance with CA and ID ABC price postings.
● Monitor and respond to customer emails and voicemails.
● Enforce compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
● Track and communicate distribution gaps for assigned chains, focusing on brands
prioritized by business units.
● Report distribution gaps for schematic placements within assigned accounts.
● Input brand information into required spreadsheets, chain portals, and other
programming sites for new items, price changes, and promotions.
● Report retail pricing discrepancies or scanning issues identified by the sales team or Key
Account Managers to affiliate chains.
● Ensure compliance with CA rest and meal break laws, accurately recording time in ADP.
Required Skills and Experience:
● Strong analytical skills and extreme attention to detail.
● Proficiency in ERP systems and data management software.
● Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with vendors,
customers, and internal departments.
● Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
● Knowledge of California wage and hour laws, including meal and rest breaks.
● The ability to effectively perform under a heavy-volume, time-constraints environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour
