Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 + benefits, bonuses, etc.

Position Overview: We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled Relationship Manager to join our dedicated team in Phoenix, AZ. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in both independent and team settings, demonstrating exceptional communication skills and a keen ability to foster meaningful relationships.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain trustworthy relationships with advisors, ensuring top-notch customer service and robust back-office support.
Manage communication through personal and support email inboxes.
Handle the opening of new accounts, asset transfers, and other account maintenance tasks.
Communicate investment instructions to our trading team and ensure document accuracy.
Process cashiering requests and manage client investment contributions.

Key Qualifications:

Preferred undergraduate degree or relevant experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook and Excel.
Experience with Adobe Acrobat is a plus.
Minimum of one year in administrative or customer service roles.
Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to perform well under pressure and adapt to change.
Experience with custodial platforms such as TD Ameritrade, Schwab, Fidelity, and Pershing preferred but not required.
Experience with Orion and/or Salesforce is highly advantageous (not required)
