Neil Huffman Automotive Group is currently in search of a Sales Manager to join our team at our Nissan location in Frankfort.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales of both new and used vehicles, ensuring that the dealership meets its profitability goals and objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and leading a highly skilled sales management team.
- Implementing programs to foster a dedicated and efficient sales organization.
- Developing initiatives to enhance employee morale and foster positive employee/employer relationships.
- Identifying, nurturing, and motivating staff to reach their maximum potential.
- Managing costs effectively and maximizing profits.
- Planning and executing advertising and promotional strategies.
- Maintaining an appropriate inventory of sales vehicles, including models, types, and colors.
- Monitoring sales volume and profits generated by the finance and insurance (F&I) department and the sales team, taking strategic measures to meet goals and objectives.
- Ensuring a professional and orderly appearance of oneself, the showroom, and the lot.
- Staying informed about competitors' activities and market trends.
- Responding promptly to all situations and challenges that arise.
- Coordinating efforts between the sales team, business office, and administrative office to ensure timely delivery of vehicles.
- Monitoring the performance of personnel and providing appropriate counseling or termination when necessary.
