General Accountabilities
- Candidate must have an Aviation Part Sales Background. Otherwise, need not apply for this position.
- Establishing and maintaining customers in the Commercial and Business Aviation market.
- Research current market on new inventory as well as maintain market knowledge.
- Identifies new business opportunities, initiating communication with decision makers.
- Able to build business cases for procurement of speculative purchases to support new inventory and adhoc.
- Generates new leads for business; develops prospect lists and new accounts.
- Develop and/or re-work business plans for Aircraft Parts business in domestic and global aftermarket.
- Proficiency in working with MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power point, MS Project)
- Manages day-to-day client communications and relationships. Answer RFQ calls, ILS/Partsbase, Aeroxchange inquiries, enter quotes in the system, research parts on aviation search engines (ILS, PartsBase, Aeroxchange). Enter sales orders.
- Have an understanding of exchange agreements manage RMA's, enter new customers into system as needed. Manage all aspects of sales from inquires to on occasion manage a/r collection problems.
- Develops and maintains effective relationships with clients. Promote a positive RASG corporate image. Travel to visit with customers as well as attend relevant conferences.
- Prepares and reports market analysis, competitor analysis and market trends.
- Daily sales report (when assigned), orders, sales, profit. Manage/rectify QC Quarantine items as it pertains to customers.
- Ability to manage pre and post trip reports for all business travel.
- Develops plans and implements strategies for all assigned accounts.
- Understanding of Illustrated Parts Catalogue (IPC), and ability to look for interchangeability based on modification to a higher or lower dash number.
- Participate in AOG duty as assigned.

Job QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree min.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
