Job Description
Responsibilities: Develop and maintain profitable and stable business relationships with dealers and personnel. Develop and oversee Regional Sales Managers and their related activities. Manage conflicts between key accounts and attend industry and customer events. Actively assess and validate key accounts to seize new business opportunities. Provide dealers and their sales personnel the training and knowledge to effectively sell the products. Promote and communicate corporate programs and policies effectively to dealers. Keep up to date all customers essential account information. Demonstrate a strong understanding of the product lines. Manage corporate assets responsibly and within budgets. Function as a self-starter with considerable latitude to plan and schedule activities. Prioritize opportunities. Recognize and resolve problems that will improve overall customer satisfaction. Acquire market intelligence that will help effectively develop strategies for the North American market. Provide Vice President of Sales with monthly, quarterly and annual forecasting for planning in order to meet the needs of goals and customers expectations. Other various duties that may be required at times. Qualifications: Excellent Oral and Written Skills Professional Presentation Skills-Reading, analytical and presenting. Well organized and detail oriented.Self-motivated and strong team player. Professional Sales, Negotiations and Customer Service skills. Computer Literacy.Planning and Development Skills.Time Management. A degree in business management or marketing and/or 5 or more years sales experience in the tire industry. Must have a basic understanding of sales practices and concepts as well as customer-oriented service. Must have a strong understanding of presentation tools such as Excel, Word and Power Point. Must be able to communicate effectively. Must enjoy working in a team environment while also working independently to accomplish goals. \Sales Operations
