Job Overview – How You’ll Contribute:

Do you have a passion for Harley-Davidson? Combine your passion with your career at Frontier Harley-Davidson as a member of our Sales Team. NO SALES EXPERIENCE REQUIRED! Discounts available on Apparel, Parts, Service, and even Bikes for our Associates! (Pay Range $40,000 to $80,000)

  • Engage with people from all walks of life to understand, and assess their personal riding needs.
  • Make a friend by sharing your passion for Harley-Davidson with both current, and potential Harley-Davidson owners.
  • Conduct demo rides with Customer to ensure proper fit.
  • Engage Customer with finding the right motorcycle for their needs, and budget.

Qualifications – What You Need to be Successful:

  • A passion for Harley-Davidson, and love of the motorcycle culture.
  • Strong verbal, and written communication skills.
  • High energy partnered with a positive, outgoing attitude.
  • Desire to grow, learn, and advance within the company.
  • Perform bending, pushing, climbing, leaning, twisting, reaching, kneeling, crouching, and other maneuvers associated with the position.
  • Must be able to pass a physical, drug, and back screening.
