We have over 100 years of combined experience and ship direct from our plant facility in Peculiar, MO. Each year we ship hundreds of buildings across America to include shipments around the World. Worldwide Steel Buildings has become a staple point across America and will continue to lead the way with pre-manufactured steel building kits.

Our full-time building consultants will be responsible for contacting company sales leads and working through the sales process giving the customer a positive buying experience. Sales Consultants should be career-minded and pro-active with increasing market share within geographical location. Developing relationships with customers, vendors, sub-contractors and installers to assure we are streamlining the process for the customer will be extremely important.

Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication and negotiation skills are critical in this position. Training is provided, but the successful candidate must maintain a willingness to learn and adapt to the constant change of the construction industry and needs of several markets. Sales Consultants must have strong computer and time management skills to include excellent customer service.

Requirements

• 2 years sales experience
• Associates or bachelor’s degree in business, construction, or related field preferred.
• Strong listening and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task

• Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office and necessary computer skills
• Maintain customer confidentiality
• Ability to manage company and self-generated leads
• Ability to maintain adequate sales at or above established sales budgets.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
