Job Description
As an Account Manager, you will support the book of business of designated producers and cultivate relationships with clients. You will actively interface with clients to satisfy their insurance needs and assist the producers in the growth of their books of business.
Responsibilities
- Quote new business
- Quote renewal business
- Process endorsements and policy changes
- Issue certificates
- Create proposals
- Check policies
- Identify potential coverage needs
- Maintain 85% retention in the book you are assigned to
Qualifications
- Prior insurance Account Management experience
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills
- An associates degree is preferred but not required
- Desire to serve clients and make an impact
- Team player
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
