As a Sales Manager, you will serve as a professional expert to help our clients build their business by providing staffing solutions in South Florida as well as benefit from the satisfaction of finding people meaningful jobs and successful careers.
Earn a base salary plus the ability to earn uncapped commissions at this full-time position. Work Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
Job Description:
- Responsible for bringing in new accounts, expanding existing relationships, and reactivating dormant accounts through outside sales efforts
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with clients and candidates through cold calling and strong follow up calling
- Attend presentations, and on-site appointments, when necessary
- Oversee sales throughout the Southeast territory of Florida
- Assist internal recruitment team for the Southeast to meet goals and objectives by filling client orders
- Provide support to internal team in relation to branch operations
- Accomplishing results to drive revenue growth and increase the client base
- If necessary, attend and participate in networking events in order to establish and strengthen relationships with clients and provide general PR for the company
- Gain market intelligence to contribute to our company’s business strategy
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of sales experience, some recruiting experience is highly preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in business or related field preferred but not required
- Dynamic, high energy, outgoing personality with a sense of urgency and commitment
- Strong organization, communication, customer rapport, and follow-up skills
- Ability to follow instruction and adapt to changes
- Must demonstrate trustworthiness in business ethics
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment
- Demonstrated ability to meet targets and effectively manage time
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Internet research skills
