The Role:
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible to drive business development, customer engagement, pipeline management, and profit and loss (P/L) management within an assigned territory, as well as cultivate and expand existing accounts to achieve optimal sales volume profitability.
Principle Accountability/Duties:
- Develop and implement comprehensive new business development strategies to drive company growth and create actionable plans to capture new business.
- Identify customer needs and propose Transcend solutions to tackle their business challenges.
- Collaborate with potential or existing customers and relevant parties to promote mutually beneficial relationships that enhance customer satisfaction and business growth.
- Work closely with internal teams including Sales, Marketing, Engineer, and Operations to align business development strategies with broader company objectives.
- Cultivate strong customer relationships while consistently exploring and engaging new prospects.
- Create compelling proposals and presentations to target new business opportunities.
- Regularly track, analyze, and report key performance metrics, business development activities, and market trends to senior management. Use this data to refine strategies and improve performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Goal-oriented individual to develop new business and achieve sales targets.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to innovate and implement effective business development strategies.
- Team-oriented professional who thrives both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic technical sales environment.
- Willingness to travel.
- Experience in the technology hardware or embedded industry is highly desirable.
