Job Description
Wedding and Events facility is seeking an individual that is skilled in both Wedding Sales working with Brides to be, and Execute Event Coordination.
The individual selected should be willing to execute monthly sales goals and support the efforts in overseeing the execution of cultural wedding ceremonies and receptions, corporate events and any social events.
This position requires an individual who can support the team and its clients in various functions during peak times and needs.
Job Duties:
Follow up Leads daily
Tour property, Prepare estimates
Follow up after tours, maintain contact with prospects
Prepare and execute contracts
Collect Deposits/Payments
Enter and maintain all data
Serve as "Day of Coordinator" for Weddings/Social events is required
Experience:
Social media and marketing experience a plus.
· Wedding coordination/Event Management or similar work experience preferred

Requirements:
Background in wedding industry or similar
Desired Skills & Knowledge: 1-2 years experience or training in marketing or sales preferred
Wedding/Event Coordination experience is preferred
Must be available to work weekends
Reliable Transportation
Highschool diploma or College education in hospitality, tourism & recreation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay Ranges: ($43,000.00 - $60,000.00= Base Pay including Commission )on every new event sale booked, after completing the event. Details will be provided during the interview
Room to grow, pay discussed during interview.
