We are ProLux Energy, the only Solar company that is a military preferred partner in Illinois with Scott Air Force Base. We are a growing solar company looking for an Office Manager to join our team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for recruiting, interviewing, training, managing lead assignment, closing deals, training setters, and training closers in a door-to-door setting. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of success in managing a team and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities:
- Recruit, interview, and train new door-to-door sales members
- Manage lead assignment and ensure timely follow-up with leads
- Set and close deals in the field alongside sales members
- Train appointment setters and closers in-field to maximize sales performance
- Manage daily operations of the office
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in managing a door-to-door team and achieving sales targets
- Experience in the solar industry
- Experience in door-to-door sales
- Must be comfortable working outdoors
- Must be local to Illinois
- Must have experience closing deals
Compensation:
This is a commission-based position with the opportunity to earn regional revenue sharing and a salary if certain metrics are hit. The Office Manager will receive a commission override on the office's sales, as well as personal commissions.
