You are a people person who loves recruiting real estate agents. You are licensed but not a salesperson deep down. You are more of a psychologist-level listener and can help people make a switch in Brokerages. You are a micro-influencer with good people skills.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities
- Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and expand the company's customer & agent base
- Collaborate with the sales team to create effective sales pitches and presentations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and excellent customer service
- Identify and attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and generate leads
- Utilize Podio or other CRM systems to track sales activities, manage leads, and monitor progress toward goals
- Prepare reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of business development initiatives

Skills:
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities
- Experience in account management or customer service is a plus
- Technical sales knowledge is preferred
- Proven track record in business development or outside sales

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
