BridgeCable.com is a leading provider of communications technology, systems, and services in Philadelphia area. The company has designed and built data and technology infrastructure for over 20 years including network cabling infrastructure and low voltage systems.
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts of our low voltage and structured cabling solutions, particularly within the industrial and oil/gas industries. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical sales, a good understanding of network cabling infrastructure and/or low voltage systems, and experience building relationships within the industrial and petrochemical sectors. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing key accounts, and developing new business opportunities in the PA/NJ region while building a high-performing sales team.
Experience with working with General Contractors, ECs and Property Managers preferred.
In short we provide installation services in the Philadelphia and New Jersey areas for the following:
1 - Network Data and Fiber Cabling
2 - Security Camera Cabling
3 - Door Access Solutions
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective sales strategies and solutions
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
- Local Office in Willow Grove, PA - Onsite in office or local Site Surveys when trained.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives on a regular basis
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development, account management, or sales role
- Strong knowledge of IT/Security Commercial Solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively present technical sales information to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings
At our company, we offer competitive compensation packages, including base salary plus commission. $50,000 Base Salary & % on New Business Commission based on Gross Profit of sale.
