Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results driven Inside Sales Manager to lead our sales team in driving business growth and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales management and demonstrate exceptional communication skills in both English and Spanish. This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively manage the sales process, motivate the team, and foster lasting client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives and increase market share.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the inside sales team to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team's product knowledge and selling techniques, including mastery of RDCR scripts.
- Oversee outbound and Inbound calling initiatives, ensuring high-quality practices are followed.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that drive leads and conversions through Google reviews, referrals and organic marketing strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
- Analyze sales metrics to identify trends, forecast performance, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Manage the technical sales process, providing insights into product features and benefits to potential customers.
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within our existing customer base.
Qualifications
- P&C License is mandatory.
- Proven experience in inside sales management or business development, preferably within insurance or a related sector.
- Strong proficiency in both English and Spanish is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated success in interpersonal relationships, skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
- Strong analytical skills to assess performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools is a plus.
