This position provides business development support for the National Accounts Sales team. Responsible for navigating proposal execution, building team relationships and coordinating with internal matrix partners, and playing a role with post-sale activities. Accountable for internal execution of National Account new business sales strategy, sales messaging enhancements, and assistance with new sales prospecting and external presentation coordination.
Required Job Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree and 3 years of experience in a managed care, consulting, sales or project management OR 7 years of experience.
Experience developing communications, tools, processes or strategies.
Knowledge of group healthcare/managed care trends, products, and industry.
Knowledge of sales, tools and techniques.
Knowledge of training strategies and implementation process.
Experience with dashboards and reporting.
Results track record.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s Degree in Business Administration or Healthcare.
Experience with healthcare sales and/or proposal execution.
Experience working with senior leadership.
This is a Hybrid/Flex position working in the office three days per week and remotely two days per week.
