- Passionate people person: You’ll use your knowledge and enthusiastic work ethic to generate prospects and assist our producers in Auto, Home, Commercial and Health Insurance products within an assigned territory : Using your interpersonal skills and market insight, you’ll identify and cultivate prospective clients, and tailor products and services to meet the needs of existing customers
- Relationship builder: You’ll play the long game, building strong relationships within local community and organizations, and maintaining open lines of communication for future sales opportunities
Additional Qualifications:
- Property & Casualty License is required (NY, CT or NJ)
- Minimum 2-3 years experience handling Commercial Insurance accounts
- Courteous and professional telephone manner and appearance
- Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
- Pleasant and friendly personality, focused on customer needs
- Must be self-motivated and be able to work independently without close supervision
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Must enjoy working with and helping people from all backgrounds
- Attention to detail, thorough and accurate
