Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and objectives.
- Conduct warm calling to prospective clients to generate new business opportunities.
- Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Prior sales experience is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels.
- Experience in warm calling and generating leads through proactive outreach efforts.
- Capable of navigating a CRM software (training provided).
