Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our growing dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving business development, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires a blend of sales expertise and strong communication skills to effectively develop strategies that meet our client's needs.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and objectives.
  • Conduct warm calling to prospective clients to generate new business opportunities.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Prior sales experience is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels.
  • Experience in warm calling and generating leads through proactive outreach efforts.
  • Capable of navigating a CRM software (training provided).

Benefits

  • $3,000 sign-on bonus after 90 days.
