Boone Homes, a leader in luxury home construction in the Richmond area for over 35 years, is seeking an experienced Online Sales Consultant (hybrid role) to drive our digital sales efforts as part of our strategic expansion into new markets. Key Responsibilities of the Online Sales Consultant:

Proactively manage and respond to online inquiries, LiveChats, and phone calls, maintaining a high standard of customer interaction.
Schedule and track successful appointments for the Community Manager, ensuring detailed follow-up plans are executed.
Engage prospective purchasers on social media, responding to comments and questions promptly and maintaining professional social media profiles.
Record all leads and communication attempts in the CRM in real-time, adhering to the follow-up schedule provided by the VP of Sales & Marketing.
Encourage and garner customer reviews on social media, Google My Business, and other platforms to enhance the company's reputation.

Required Qualifications:

Strong communication skills, capable of engaging customers effectively in digital formats including outgoing phone calls.
Proficient in using CRM software and digital communication tools to manage leads and customer relationships.
Availability to work on weekends and beyond posted office hours as required, with a structured work schedule provided.

Work Schedule:

Days off typically Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
9am-6pm on Monday, Thursday-Saturday.
11am-5pm on Sunday.
One weekend off per month, requiring work through the current week to obtain the said weekend off.
Occasional need to assist in hosting events or open houses.
