Travers Hartnett Insurance Agency Inc is a retail insurance agency downtown Delray Beach, FL. Our goal is to promote from within and help each employee reach their full potential. Our primary focus is on Condominium and Homeowners Associations.

Qualifications

· Possession of Florida 440 or 220 insurance license

· Experienced with Citizens rating and management systems

· Demonstrated excellence in communication and problem-solving skills

· Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and driven to succeed

· Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook

· Two years minimum Commercial Lines Account Management or support experience required

· Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and positive attitude

· Able to work independently and enjoy a high degree of interaction with team members.

· The ability to multi task, prioritize, work independently, and use discretion surrounding sensitive information.

· Dedicated and willing to work hard to get the job done

· Ability to obtain 220 within 90 days

Responsibilities

· Understand customer needs, provide quotes, and follow up to bind coverage, ensuring successful closure.

· Offer valuable insurance advice and explanations to customers, ensuring their comprehensive understanding.

· Manage a book of business, updating policy information, handling renewals, Checking in policies.

· Align policies with customer needs to deliver tailored solutions.

· Service all in-bound client inquiries for new and/or existing clients - including Payments, Renewals, Cancellations, Endorsements, and Rewrites

· Quoting, and completing various Applications for Insurance for all appointed insurance carriers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
