CornerStone Staffing is hiring for an experienced Sales Associate to join a dynamic auto insurance company!

Title: Inside Sales Associate

Location: South Phoenix, AZ

Pay: $20-25 hourly *DOE

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 4 years of sales experience in the auto insurance industry or sales & marketing equivalent
• Prior telemarketing and/or inside/outside sales experience
• Insurance agent license in property and casualty preferred
• Ability to prioritize and organize work to meet/exceed daily/weekly call average goals
• Superior oral and written communication skills
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access; knowledge of RightFax, Outlook, and ACT helpful

Duties:

• Meet or exceed daily calls dialed and completed sales calls goals
• Achieve production and profitability goals through consistent telemarketing contact with agents/prospects
• Utilize "needs satisfaction" selling techniques to influence agent behavior and increase product usage
• Identify top five competitors in assigned territory
• Address NSF and unearned commission collections issues with agents and agency management
• Participate in telemarketing special projects as assigned
• Collect and enter critical data in ACT, including follow-up activities
• Create formalized reports to track and demonstrate the effectiveness of telemarketing efforts and campaigns
• Occasional travel to assigned territory, including attendance at state conferences

On-boarding Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Criminal Background & Drug Screening
• 2 verifiable employment references
• 30 WPM typing speed (will be tested)
