**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Director to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in wine sales, account management, and business development, with a focus on technology sales.
**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets
- Identify new market opportunities and drive growth through effective sales strategies
- Manage key customer accounts and build strong relationships
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to drive revenue
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with company objectives
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales performance and pipeline
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in outside sales, technology sales, or related field
- Strong ability to market products/services effectively
- Excellent negotiation and business development skills
- Customer service-oriented with a focus on building long-term relationships
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Technical sales knowledge is a plus

Pay: $124,375.00 - $150,000.00 per year
