FISE Manager
- Ensures that FISE services provided comply with all FISE processes, including Planning, Commercial, Job Execution and Management Control
- Ensures FISE services provided meet customers expectations, by programming the number of crews, tools and equipment to be used, supervising administrative procedures are carried out in order to enter drilling areas, monitoring operation indicators, defining improvement actions, updating drilling and tubular design changes plans.
- Is aware of commercial conditions and service level of all contracts of her/his region and contracts validity.
- Promotes services to potential customers by assessing services or products needs associated with offered services, offering possible new services for sale, being the strategic support for the Front End, dealing with customers queries and proposing solutions in case of dissatisfaction or complaints.
- Assure that equipment is in optimum conditions by controlling providers tools and requesting all necessary documentation to meet customer requirements.
- Ensures compliance with all training requirements for each FSR under his/her supervision.
- Ensures all documents/records related to the job are completed in an accurate and timely fashion.
- Ensures services invoicing by preparing records or proofs of services and monitoring proper application of cost center and account. Optimizes management reports submitting indicators analysis results, communicating deviations to top management. Prepares expenses/investments/personnel budget for each period and each job/ period.
- Participates in the analysis and definition of standard cost for the region. Complies with Tenaris policies, procedures and management standards, and ensures adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the area of responsibility. Proactively motivates, coaches, communicates with and develops his/her staff and manages HR related activities in line with Human Resources norms and procedures. Protects from damage, theft or misuse the facilities, equipment and other physical resources assigned to his/her area.
