Sales Directors possess excellent people skills with the expertise to understand client needs and close sales, proficiency of organizing and managing a small territory, and the ability to collaborate with a team. You help potential residents see the difference in quality and living experience by joining our Senior Living Community!
Role
The Sales Director is an integral part of the management team reporting directly to the Executive Director.
- High energy, motivated sales professional
- Responsible for external sales, marketing, and community relations
- Responsible for achieving set goals and objectives
- Leads all staff to have a welcoming and enthusiastic presence with potential new residents
Expectations and Responsibilities
- Meets and exceeds sales goals
- External business development to drive leads to community
- Must be a self-starter, goal oriented
- Must demonstrate ability to plan, organize, implement and evaluate the programs and policies and meet all administrative tasks and deadlines
- Demonstrates commitment to ethical conduct in the performance of the position and all activities performed on behalf of the Community
- Manages expenses within budgetary guidelines
Education and Experience
- 3 years of professional sales experience with proven track record
- Must possess excellent reading, writing, verbal skills using the English language
