We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic team player to join our Sales Department at our Wyoming location as a Sales Consultant. This is a Full-Time, Permanent position.

The Sales Consultant's role is dynamic and operates in a fast-paced environment. It requires an aptitude for analysis, investigating errors, and providing solutions to our dealership. Teamwork, respect, integrity, and a great attitude are necessary to succeed in this role.

The ideal candidate will also fit the employer brand well, meaning they must be Humble (emphasize team over self), Hungry (thinking about the next opportunity for success), and Smart (good judgment and intuition about group dynamics and the actions of their words).

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to anticipate and understand customer needs
  • Must be energetic, well-spoken, and eager to close sales and increase revenue
  • Valid driver's license
  • To call on new customers and attract new business
  • Manage the sales process and complete necessary paperwork
  • Ensuring follow up with your customers
  • Ensure clients are aware of other services offered
  • Demonstrate and train customers in equipment operation
  • Collecting payment
  • Active lead follow-ups
  • Attend trade shows, seminars, community functions as required
  • Develop long term relationships with our customers to build solutions within an assigned territory while promoting all aspects of Oliveira Equipment
  • Increase market share and profitability for the stated range of products within the geographic area
  • Create opportunities by evaluating customer equipment and operations, and proactively propose better solutions
