Reports To: Sales Manager
Job Overview: Office position that offers frontline support for our inbound calls and e-mails. You will interact with customers via various channels such as email, live chat, and phone to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive shopping experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. Work with shipping department to process customer orders. Some outbound calling will be required.
Responsibilities and Duties:
· Working to fulfill company goals and policies.
· Provide Excellent Customer Support.
· Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, and phone in a professional and courteous manner.
· Assist customers with order placement, product inquiries, shipping information, and returns or exchanges.
· Resolve customer complaints and concerns effectively and efficiently, aiming for first-contact resolution.
· Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely fulfillment and delivery.
· Work with warehouse to process orders and help resolve issues.
· Develop a comprehensive understanding of our product catalog and offerings.
· Provide detailed product information and recommendations to customers based on their needs and preferences.
· Stay updated on new product launches, promotions, and company policies.
· Assist customers with technical issues related to the website, account access, payment processing, and other online functionalities.
· Troubleshoot problems and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system.
· Monitor customer feedback and identify recurring issues or trends to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
· Previous experience in customer service or retail, preferably in an office environment.
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
