Looking to hire a Recruitment lead in Midland that can use prior managerial and recruitment experience to lead an office /recruiters, and set the pace of the recruitment program. Minimum three years Oil and Gas experience required for the 80K-90K base salary. Must have minimum 3 years Recruitment experience to interview. Bonus range will be 20-30K for a full year based off of personal performance. Not looking for people who will only talk to candidates during regular hours- most of our guys work 12’s and need contact in evenings, early AM and some weekends. Must be willing to make a minimum of 150-200 calls a week, handle client interaction, as well as professionally conduct interviews. Handles all job postings, and an array of software’s as well as platforms to find reputable candidates. Must pass assessment tests, drug screen, background check, driving check, as well as credit check since you will have a company card.

Responsible for overseeing all aspects of coordination for long term and short term oilfield projects including:

Recruiting, screening and hiring the appropriate people for the projects,
Works with Office Manager to ensure Cell Phone and Computers are available and delivered to Company Personnel
Builds accurate Timelines and Assesses them for Projects
Strong LinkedIn Profile and Professional Network
Knowledge and Insight into numerous databases such as Indeed, LinkedIn etc.
Ability to Help Create an Internal Rogue Database, and Manage Potential Candidates
Ability to interview 6 candidates face to face a week
Oil and Gas background preferred but NOT required
Compassionate and People Focused While Firm and Thorough
Ability to COLD CALL CANDIDATES and Potential Candidates that have not applied directly
Check References, Verify Employment, and be Knowledgeable with Appropriate Recruitment Practices
Helps arrange Housing for Apartments/ Trailers or Man Camps when applicable
Works with Sales Manager to make Client Site Visits to Cook/ Entertain Company Personnel on Client Site
Checks in with Construction, Mechanical and Electrical Supervisors to ensure company performance and that Projects are on schedule
Position requires 20-25% travel as well as a Valid Driver's License-
Must undergo Driving Background Check
