Salary : $17.00 – $20.00 an hour
Job Type : Full-time Monday - Friday 8-4:30
Qualifications and requirements:
- Have a minimum of 3 years of Inside Sales experience.
- Have experience in a small office environment as the lead administrator.
- Proven work experience as an administrative assistant.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Hands on experience with MS Office (MS Excel in particular).
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment as a competitive self-starter.
- Are comfortable making and receiving customer calls, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.
- Demonstrate a natural sense of urgency, always ready to tackle challenges head-on.
Responsibilities & Duties include:
- Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
- Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
- Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email.
- Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
- Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
- Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
- Staying informed about competing products and services.
