We’re seeking a hands-on, results-driven Director of Sales & Marketing to lead our growth, strengthen our brand, and directly impact our mission of delivering exceptional education.
Position Overview:
The Director of Sales & Marketing will actively manage and execute sales and marketing strategies to increase enrollments, drive brand awareness, and build long-term customer relationships. This role is essential in achieving Sapience's high-revenue potential while fostering an exceptional experience for students and their families.
Key Responsibilities:Sales Leadership & Strategy
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet enrollment and revenue goals.
- Manage and track the lead pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and effective engagement with prospective clients.
- Conduct consultations with families to understand their needs, highlight Sapience’s unique value, and close enrollments.
- Optimize the sales funnel by identifying and addressing drop-off points to improve conversion rates.
- Develop and implement upselling and cross-selling strategies to increase revenue from existing clients.
- Participate in community events, local fairs, and networking opportunities to generate leads and establish relationships.
Marketing Execution & Campaign Development
- Create and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
- Manage and update the Sapience website, ensuring it features engaging and accurate content to drive lead generation.
- Design and deliver marketing materials, such as flyers, newsletters, and videos, that align with Sapience’s brand identity.
- Plan and deliver creative promotions and campaigns to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
Collaboration & Partnership Building
- Work directly with the executive team, operations team, and other departments to align sales and marketing strategies with company objectives.
- Build relationships with schools, community organizations, and local businesses to establish referral networks and co-branded opportunities.
- Create scripts and processes for consistent and effective communication across sales and customer interactions.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), such as lead conversion rates, campaign ROI, and customer retention metrics.
- Use data-driven insights to adjust and improve sales and marketing strategies.
- Provide regular reports to leadership on progress, challenges, and future opportunities for growth.
Team Leadership & Development
- Recruit and train junior team members or contractors to support tasks such as content creation, lead follow-ups, and customer engagement.
- Lead team meetings and provide feedback to ensure alignment with sales and marketing objectives.

Qualifications:
- Experience:
- 5+ years in sales and/or marketing roles with direct responsibility for strategy and execution, preferably in education or service industries.
- Proven ability to achieve revenue targets and execute high-performing marketing campaigns.
- Skills:
- Expertise in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot), digital advertising platforms, and marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Google Ads).
- Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
