General Summary

The Pure Play Strategic Partner Manager is responsible for developing, executing and fostering pure play partnerships for a designated portfolio of accounts that deliver sales and profits to the company. This role supports the Sales Director, Pure Play North America and will build both customer and internal cross functional relationships to achieve sales objectives and results.


Essential Responsibilities

  • Delivers against pure play sales and profitability targets in alignment with business and seasonal account plans.
  • Develop new and foster existing Pure Play customer relationships that lead to positive partner management and contracts.
  • Evolves the Pure Play selling process and solutions in alignment with product and brand awareness vision and strategies.
  • Provide Pure Play performance and business insights to leadership to support revenue growth and strategy development.
  • Assess the North American Pure Play customer landscape and provide input on opportunities to drive growth.
  • Maintain Pure Play data including merchandising planning, marketing metrics, and digital performance. Provide business updates and reporting including sell-in and sell-thru details, competitive analysis, product demand and availability, and market share to leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Supports the Pure Play seller and process improvement strategy in alignment with brand values and Marketplace and Pure play objectives.
  • Collaborates with internal marketing and merchandising teams to identify sell through and activation strategies, implement specific programs, and ensure products are aligned with Pure Play sales objectives.
  • Use data, metrics and brand trends to assist with planning and forecasting process.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, account management or related field.
  • Proven experience in digital/eCommerce sales space.
  • Experience in the footwear industry preferred.
  • Documented experience working effectively in complex global organizations, satisfying the needs of diverse constituents, and often working under the pressure of competing and sometimes conflicting priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with moderate Excel/data management and manipulation skills.
  • Advanced verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Travel Required

Up to 15% of work time will involve travel


Base Salary: $142,307 - $164,738 annually plus 30% bonus potential
This range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range for this position. The actual base salary will depend on numerous factors such as: experience, knowledge and skills, and location.
