Your responsibilities will include:
* Hitting the streets to meet potential clients and introducing them to the amazing services UPSCALE has to offer.
* Analyzing market trends and customer behavior to identify new opportunities and tailor your sales approach accordingly.
* Managing accounts with the utmost dedication, ensuring our clients receive top-notch service and support.
* Working closely with our marketing and product teams to develop strategies that boost sales and enhance customer engagement.
* Keeping detailed records of your sales efforts, including inquiries, follow-ups, and successes to report back to the management team.
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A solid track record in outside sales or account management. You know how to close a deal and aren't intimidated by targets.
* Strong analytical skills that allow you to read the market like a book and understand what makes your customers tick.
* Fluency in & English. Being able to communicate effortlessly with a wide range of clients is key.
* A good grasp of business development strategies. You're not just selling; you're building relationships that last and grow.
* Familiarity with technology sales or technical sales would be a huge plus. If you can talk the talk and walk the walk, we want you.

Pay: $46,838.91 - $56,408.15 per year
