Job Description

Your role as a Technical Account Manager (Outside) is to develop and grow business prospects for our products. Some of the drill tooling you will be promoting is mining and geotechnical tooling. Ground engagement for heavy mining operations. You will also be supplying technical assistance within the prescribed territory for our products . You shall work within the company matrix organization, in close cooperation with the other company departments, to ensure all business is followed through to end users. You take responsibility for learning about product lines, and essential systems associated with managing inventory and shipping orders. You take initiative and aspire to grow into within Tundra.

Qualifications and Experience

In order to qualify for this role, you must have 2+ experience outside sales. Experience in the sales related to the drilling, mining and construction industries would be an asset. If you have less than 2 years but are in a highly relevant industry such as mining or drilling, you would also be considered.

In addition, the following experiences and skills would be critical for the role:

  • Proven record of developing markets for a range of products, developing client relationships and loyalty, and providing exceptional customer support
  • Demonstrated familiarity with the full sales cycle
  • Provide technical data and other information to our vendors and customers
  • A competitive attitude and a self starter.

Qualifications

· Passionate about customer service and going above and beyond for clients!

· +2 years of construction or mining related education and/or work equivalent

· Possess a high degree of individual technical ability & initiative

· General knowledge on a broad range of products & applications

· Technical knowledge on all products within your region

· Excellent knowledge of our customer industry relevant to your region

· Superior sales & excellent customer service skills

· Experienced negotiation skills

· Extensive travel is a mandatory requirement

Compensation Package

Job Types: Full-time, Commission, Permanent

Pay: $78,386.00-$83,171.00 per year
