ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Consultant in loan solutions, you will support customers and prospective customers on the phone and in person to provide the best-in-class service. You will also be
- Gathering loan information
- Selling our loan and protection products
- Closing loans virtually and in person
- Following up past due customer accounts.
- Cash controls including taking payments
- Commit to your personal training and development to support our mission to deliver the best borrowing experience to earn our customer’s trust and loyalty.
WHAT WE REQUIRE: Authorized to work in Canada
- High-school diploma or the equivalent is an asset
- Great communication skills
PREREQUISITE: Maintain a positive supportive attitude, help to maintain a gratifying work atmosphere!
