We are a premier retailer specializing in furniture for both people and pets, is actively seeking a qualified individual to join our team as a Website Platform Manager or Sales Manager. We are specifically searching for candidates with hands-on experience in managing online platforms such as Walmart, Target, eBay, Amazon, Wayfair, Chewy, BBB, among others. Alternatively, candidates with a background in offline sales, adept at engaging with diverse buyers, are also encouraged to apply. This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $40,000 to $150,000, comprising both a base salary and commission.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the registration, product uploading, and operation of various online platforms to ensure seamless functionality and enhance user engagement.
Manage offline sales endeavors, including negotiations and fostering relationships with a variety of buyers to meet sales objectives.
Analyze market trends, develop effective sales strategies, and implement them to optimize sales performance.
Collaborate closely with the team to accomplish additional tasks as necessary.

Requirements:

Demonstrated experience in registering, product uploading, and operating online platforms, or a background in offline sales with diverse buyers.
Proficiency with online sales platforms and their operational procedures, coupled with the ability to adapt to evolving market dynamics.
Strong communication skills and an aptitude for teamwork, capable of effectively navigating challenging situations.
Quick learning ability and adaptability to new work environments.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
Experience utilizing AI tools or platforms is advantageous.

Salary & Benefits: Competitive annual salary ranging from $40,000 to $150,000, inclusive of base salary and commission.
