You're a Master of Communication, always finding the right words to say and knowing exactly when to say them. But it doesn't stop there! We need someone who can think outside the box and come up with ingenious solutions tailored to each customer's unique situation. You're not just a problem solver, you're a creative genius. A great attitude will get you 90% there, for the rest, we’re looking for:

  • Someone who knows the ins and outs of collections and accounts receivables like a champ!
  • We'd do a happy dance if you have 1+ years of subprime finance experience under your belt.
  • Can talk, write, and communicate like a smooth-talking unicorn.
  • Embraces teamwork with a smile and a can-do attitude. Seriously, this person is like a high-five waiting to happen!
  • Eager beaver with a hunger for knowledge and a knack for dotting the i's and crossing the t's.
  • Up for a party from Monday to Saturday (Saturdays take turns because balance is everything!). We promise it's a fun 5-day work week!

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Reach out to customers and have a friendly chat about their account challenges, helping them find flexible payment options that work for both parties.
  • Dive into the exciting world of customer credit research, income capacity exploration, and asset condition investigation, all while keeping an eye on CreditMaxx risk exposure (sounds like an action-packed adventure!).
  • Become a detective as you track down elusive customers through skip tracing, helping to recover what's rightfully owed to the company.
  • Embark on a journey of knowledge as you fully understand the ins and outs of company policies, procedures, and collection systems (cue the heroic music!).
  • Use your sharp eye to spot opportunities for process improvements and policy changes that will boost customer recoveries and bring triumph to the team.
  • Join forces with your amazing peers, colleagues, and managers, uniting your powers to overcome obstacles, resolve issues, and conquer those KPIs (teamwork makes the dream work!).
