Are you a results-driven leader with a passion for closing deals in the home improvement industry? We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic team! Our company prides itself on a one-call close sales approach and a commitment to delivering top-quality home improvement services.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Coach and mentor sales representatives in closing deals during the first interaction (one-call close).
Handle TO (Takeover) calls to support sales reps in securing difficult sales.
Implement and manage rehash sales strategies to maximize closing rates on previous leads.
Drive daily performance through accountability, training, and motivation.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Monitor and report on key sales metrics, including close rates, call conversion rates, and pipeline activity.

Qualifications:

Proven track record of success in a Sales Manager or Sales Leadership role within the home improvement industry.
Experience managing and coaching a team in a one-call close environment.
Strong skills in handling TO calls and rehash sales strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a talent for building rapport quickly.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
