The Director of Sales provides sales leadership, training, hiring to the Detroit Offsite sales office. Also Responsible for planning, preparing, and coordinating sales activities for the Detroit Offsite office designed to meet revenue objectives. Implements and reinforces the Company’s basic sales training program to be consistent with Company objectives. Responsible for ensuring that sales activities and labor rules are conducted in compliance with State guidelines.
- Attain sales objectives and bottom-line profit.
- Assist in developing strong podium presentations.
- Maintain company minimum sales performance standards.
- Sets clear, well-defined, and reasonable goals for each associate and oversees staff in the development of sales strategies to meet established goals.
- Hire, recruit, train, and develop staff.
- Conduct performance appraisals, counseling, and coaching sessions. Handle disciplinary action and or terminations.
- Assists sales representatives in closing sales, as well as in the preparation and explanation of necessary documentation for completing sales transactions.
- Responsible for site meeting or exceeding budgeted expectations by maximizing sales opportunities while controlling commissions and administrative costs.
- Develops and manages sales operating budget.
- Direct sales forecasting activities and set performance goals accordingly.
- Motivating and mentoring the sales team to achieve budgeted sales goals.
- Design and implement contests and manage spiff accounts.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $275,000.00 per year
