Good Feet, America's #1 Arch Support provider, is currently seeking Sales Consultants for our Fort Collins location. We are looking for candidates who are flexible and enthusiastic about helping others. Immediate hiring is underway for our upcoming training class scheduled within one to two weeks.

The Good Feet Store in Fort Collins is searching for energetic, customer service-driven, results-oriented Sales Consultants. We are looking for someone who desires a long-term career in sales, focusing on customer satisfaction and retention, all while earning a significant income!

Sales Consultant Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a consultant and product knowledge expert, demonstrating the products to prospective customers.
  • Participate in a team environment to ensure high levels of efficiency and overall sales increases.
  • Establish and maintain high standards of quality customer service.
  • Follow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction and comfort with results.
  • Manage inventory control.

Sales Consultant Requirements:

  • A passion for selling with the ability to produce results.
  • Desire to focus on improving the quality of people's lives.
  • Professionalism and accountability for your own success.
  • Exceptional communication, customer service, organizational, and people skills.
  • Available to work a rotating schedule including weekends. Business hours are Monday-Saturday 10:00am to 6:00pm and Sunday 11:00am to 5:00pm.

  • Fort Collins, CO
  • In-person

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

  • 8-hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus opportunities
  • Commission pay

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • High-end sales: 2 years (Required)
  • Negotiation: 2 years (Required)
