Position Overview: We are seeking Inside Account Manager with experience generating sales by building relationships and trust via inbound & outbound calls. Mission statement: Identify, engage, and convert healthcare organizations with multiple locations into clients by offering centralized compliance solutions that drive efficiency and cost savings.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Sales Development: Create and execute a sales strategy to grow our customer base, increase market share, and improve profit margins within your assigned territory.
- Customer Engagement: Identify, engage, and convert healthcare organizations (with multiple locations) into long-term clients by offering centralized compliance solutions that drive efficiency and cost savings.
- Inbound & Outbound Sales: Proactively make sales calls to prospective and existing clients, introduce our products and services, and follow up promptly with customer inquiries.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze customer data and trends to identify new opportunities and potential clients, ensuring a targeted and effective approach.
- Contract Negotiation: Successfully negotiate competitive and profitable contracts with prospective clients to close deals.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records by documenting all sales activities in our internal CRM system.
- Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with customers using a mix of sales and marketing techniques, fostering loyalty and trust.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and deliver tailored solutions.
Requirements:
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a sales or account management role with a hunter mentality—comfortable working with both inbound and outbound sales efforts.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, but not required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and customer service skills. Ability to quickly learn new products and services and leverage them effectively in the sales process.
- Proactive & Organized: Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a high volume of client interactions.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software (experience with EOS is a plus).
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to a positive team culture.
Compensation & Benefits:
