We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales at our dealership.

- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Provide product information and demonstrate features and benefits
- Conduct test drives and assist customers in selecting the right vehicle
- Negotiate pricing and terms to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with sales support team to process paperwork and finalize sales
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills:

- Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships
- Proven experience in retail sales or a similar customer-facing role
- Ability to negotiate effectively and close sales
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in math for calculating pricing, discounts, and financing options
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Experience in sales management or leadership is a bonus
- Comfortable with public speaking engagements
