Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with our existing clients making 50-60 sales calls a day. Your primary goal will be to ensure client satisfaction, identify new business opportunities, and achieve sales targets.
Duties:
- - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts
- - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns
- - Understand client needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions
- - Conduct regular business reviews to identify areas for improvement and upselling opportunities
- - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products/services
- - Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks or opportunities
- - Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
- - Utilize Salesforce or other CRM systems to track client interactions and manage sales pipeline
Qualifications:
- - Proven experience in account management, business development, or sales
- - Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively
- - Excellent communication and presentation skills
- - Ability to analyze data and make strategic recommendations
- - Proficient in using Salesforce or similar CRM software
- - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
Job Types: Full-time, Freelance
Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
